2) After your workout, have a fresh vegetable or fruit juice it will cleanse your digestive system and will remove toxins.
3) For Breakfast have Dalia, Poha, Dry Fruits, Milk to keep your body light and healthy.
4) 1 Hour before lunch, have a glass of fresh Nimbu Paani or Cocunut Water.
5) In lunch eat Roti, Rice, Dal, Sprouts in 3:2:1 Ratio with 3= Dal, 2=Vegetables (Sabji) 1=Roti
